In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Use of the ink89 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ink89 is strictly an adults-only platform. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age is prohibited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which your personal use of the platform does not violate any applicable local law or regulation.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering into contracts are not eligible to register.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee or director of ink89 or of any third-party service provider supplying games, odds, or technology to the ink89 platform.
• You must not hold an existing ink89 Account. Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one Account. Duplicate account registration is strictly prohibited.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or have had an Account closed by ink89 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

To access the full range of ink89 services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.
• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. ink89 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Account security: You must notify ink89 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• Account inactivity: Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. ink89 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts as specified in the applicable fee schedule, which will be communicated to the registered email address prior to any deduction.

ink89 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to maintain a secure and compliant platform. KYC verification may be required at any point during your membership, and is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.

KYC verification typically requires you to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — such as your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of residential address in Indonesia dated within the past three months — such as a utility bill, bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri, or an official government correspondence.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits — such as a screenshot of your DANA, OVO, or GoPay account showing your registered name, or a bank statement for BCA/BRI/BNI/Mandiri transfers.
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested by the ink89 compliance team.

ink89 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict Account activity until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of the request may result in Account suspension.

All deposits and withdrawals on the ink89 platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency deposits are accepted, and no currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit, though anti-fraud monitoring applies to all transactions.
• Deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are processed instantly and credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation.
• Deposits via bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga are typically credited within five minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the sending bank.
• ink89 does not charge any platform fee for deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the Member.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within the platform's withdrawal interface.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit wherever technically possible. ink89 reserves the right to route withdrawals through alternative methods where necessary.
• All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC verification prior to processing. ink89 targets an internal processing time of under two minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and under five minutes for bank transfers under normal operating conditions.
• ink89 does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals. Express withdrawal services, where available, may carry a processing fee as disclosed in the withdrawal interface.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable bonus. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC requirements and minimum withdrawal thresholds.

ink89 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Members who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. ink89 reserves the right to exclude any Member from any bonus at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: The majority of ink89 bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be satisfied through qualifying wagers before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to an unsatisfied wagering requirement at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games, and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. The contribution rates for each game category will be set out in the applicable bonus terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a Bonus is active and subject to an unsatisfied wagering requirement, a maximum single-wager limit applies as specified in the bonus terms. Wagers exceeding this limit placed while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion.
• Abuse: ink89 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Any Member found to be abusing the bonus system will have their bonus forfeited, their Account suspended, and may be permanently excluded from the platform.

All sportsbook wagers and casino game sessions are subject to the specific game and market rules published within the relevant section of the ink89 platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Finality of results: Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the ink89 system, it is binding. Wagers cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member after acceptance, except where a specific "cash out" or "bet withdrawal" feature is available and the Member activates it prior to the event result being determined.
• Sportsbook markets: Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds confirmed at the time of acceptance are the odds that apply to the wager. ink89 operates on a best-odds-at-time-of-placement basis. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets follow the standard rules published in the sportsbook section, including the treatment of void legs and the recalculation of accumulator odds.
• Live betting: In-play wagers are accepted subject to the live market being open at the time the wager is placed. Due to the dynamic nature of live events, ink89 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time. Wagers placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined will be voided.
• Casino games: All casino games, including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, operate using certified random number generators or physical dealing equipment streamed in real time. Malfunction voids all plays and wagers.
• Maximum payout limits: Single-event maximum payout limits apply across all sportsbook markets and casino games. These limits are disclosed within the relevant market or game interface and are subject to change.
• Error and manifest error: ink89 reserves the right to void any wager where a manifest error — including an incorrectly priced market, a technical fault, or a data feed error — has materially affected the odds or game outcome. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Account Balance.

Members must not engage in any of the following conduct while using the ink89 platform. Violation of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, collusion with other Members, or any form of coordinated wagering designed to exploit market inefficiencies in a non-genuine manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage — commonly referred to as "glitch abuse".
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name, facilitating money laundering, or using the ink89 platform as a conduit for any financial activity not directly related to genuine gambling activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration, KYC, or withdrawal process.
• Engaging in chip-dumping, coordinated loss-making, or any other form of collusive play on live casino tables.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ink89 staff, support agents, or other Members through any communication channel.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period — between 24 hours and 90 days — during which no login, deposit, or wagering activity is possible.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Request permanent closure of your Account, with no option to reopen. This option is irrevocable and takes effect within 24 hours of the request being submitted.

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the platform, including during scheduled maintenance or as a result of force majeure events.
• Any inaccuracy, delay, or failure in the transmission of data including odds feeds, game results, or account balance information caused by third-party data or technology providers.
• Any losses sustained as a result of gambling on the platform, including losses on sportsbook wagers, casino games, or any other wagering product — gambling is inherently a risk-bearing activity and no guarantee of profit is implied.
• Any unauthorized access to a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, even if ink89 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ink89's aggregate liability to any individual Member in respect of all claims arising in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to the platform during the same 12-month period.

ink89 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Members in connection with account registration, KYC verification, deposits, withdrawals, and platform usage. All personal data is handled in accordance with ink89's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including its use for identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service communications. You may withdraw consent and request deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to ink89's legal obligations to retain certain data for compliance purposes.

ink89 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform sessions and maintains segregated player funds to protect Member balances. No payment card details are stored on ink89 servers; all payment processing is handled by certified third-party payment processors.

Your continued use of the ink89 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. In the event of any dispute between a Member and ink89 arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or any transaction conducted on the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ink89's internal complaints process as follows:
